Emma and I are delighted to welcome you Tawnamoor. We hope that you fall in love with both Tawnamoor and Cornwall as much as we have.
The estate comprises of approximately 20 acres, including the two fields above the cottages and the woodland on both sides of the drive down to the river and road.
As off-grid as you would hope to be for the perfect break, we generate our own electricity and have amazing water sourced from our own borehole.
We are surrounded by beautiful scenery and amazing wildlife, and we’re perfectly positioned to be able to easily explore the whole of Cornwall and everything that it has to offer.
Our Journey
Our association with Cornwall is long. We’ve been visiting for many years, coming down with the boys for summer family holidays and short breaks. We fell in love with its beauty and charm, the people and its traditions and we knew that this is where we wanted to end up.
Following the boys starting their careers and the sale of our business, the opportunity arose, and we started our search. After a year of looking, we stumbled across Tawnamoor. We loved it! The location, the tranquillity, the views, we loved it all and we immediately knew it was where we wanted to be. We took the plunge and haven’t looked back!
